Day 14 (Day of Bones)

I looked at bones all day. I was helping my former medicolegal death investigation teacher with indentifying the unknown bodies of the morgue. She went through the process and taught me stuff that I can never use legally, since I am not and never will be a forensic odontologist, but was still patient with me and all my questions. It was very nice of her and I learned so much about my investigative drive and how all I want to do is solve things. I like to solve mysteries. I will have to get into that some how. I think I am on the right track. I will be back to that later.

Today in the morgue we had nothing special but we did have a homicide. We also had a tour group there to see the autopsies, but since legally they aren't allowed to see a homicide case they had to keep it covered. Sad for the group though because it was a cool case. More interesting than the overdose they observed. I know I know it is about the experience, but personally I enjoy the story behind it and figuring out why it happened. So I watched the homicide autopsy all be myself. The butler did it by the way!
